Founded in 1979, HRS is a leading resource on cardiac pacing and electrophysiology. Our specialty organization represents medical, allied health, and science professionals from more than 70 countries who specialize in cardiac rhythm disorders. Latest from HRS See All Info Heart Rhythm 365 Online Learning Platform & App 2020 Heart Rhythm Scientific Sessions New Heart Rhythm Open & Online Journal International Impact Initiatives HRS launched the International Impact Initiatives program to increase opportunities for our colleagues in underserved areas. The growing set of initiatives currently include International Travel Scholarships to attend Scientific Sessions, International Membership Rates, and recognizing individuals who demonstrate commitment to underserved populations with the Global Humanitarian Award, to name a few. This program relies on financial support and generous donations from partners and passionate HRS members. All supporters of the International Impact Initiatives will be recognized at #HRS2020 in May. Donate Digital Health Initiatives In 2019, HRS established a Digital Health Working Group and launched the Scientific Sessions Digital Health Summit to begin discussing and assessing digital health opportunities and challenges. These activities lead to the publishing of an official HRS whitepaper, Transparent Sharing of Digital Health Data: A Call To Action, and expanded initiatives for 2020, including a permanent Digital Health Committee, a new Digital Health Journal in Cardiology, a new Imagineer Tech Showcase at the #HRS2020 Digital Health Summit, and more.
